Flat cold room panels are interlocking panels with exceptional insulation values, manufactured by injecting 42 (+/-2) kg/m³ density polyurethane foam between 0.50 mm sheet metal on both surfaces. These panels, which can also be customized without locks depending on project requirements, feature a smooth, hygienic, and highly easy-to-clean surface. During production, the surfaces are coated with a 50-micron protective film to shield against external factors. They are then compressed in a 600-ton press for 30 to 90 minutes, depending on thickness, to guarantee maximum durability. Thanks to their flawless joint structure, heat loss is minimized, providing significant energy and consumable savings.
