Corrugated cold room panels are highly durable, interlocking panels manufactured by injecting 42 (+/-2) kg/m³ density polyurethane foam between 0.50 mm sheet metal on both sides. Production without locks is also available upon request. During the production process, the panels are kept in a 600-ton press for 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the thickness, to complete their reaction, and are shipped coated with a 50-micron surface protection film. Thanks to the special design and accessories of the panels, heat loss is minimized, while their hygienic structure offers ease of cleaning.
