Description
Floor panels are specially manufactured to maximize base insulation in cold storage rooms and provide high resistance against heavy loads. Our standard production features a cam-lock system with polyurethane foam injected at 42 (+/-2) density between a Plywood top surface and a poly sheet bottom surface. Offering a distributed load capacity of 2000 kg/m², these panels can be reinforced to support up to 4000 kg/m² for heavy-duty commercial cold room projects. They are pressed in 600-ton presses for maximum durability and thermal efficiency. It is the ideal, long-lasting solution for industrial refrigeration floor insulation.
